Serie A giants Lazio have been handed a chance to sign former Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha.
The winger’s contract at Selhurst Park has already expired and he is exploring options regarding his future. Gianluca di Marzio has reported that the ex-Palace star has been offered to the Biancocelesti and Lazio are considering whether to sign the player on a free transfer or not as they like the 30-year-old’s profile.
Zaha is said to be concrete target for Lazio, with Maurizio Sarri now considering his options regarding a move and the Roman club are firmly monitoring his situation.
The 30-year-old played 27 Premier League games last season, as he scored seven times and racked up two assists for the Eagles. The former Manchester United man had his best goalscoring season in the 2021/22 campaign, when he scored 14 times and had one assist. He has previously wanted to leave Palace multiple times but the club’s high asking price has proved to be a problem.
