All right i think i found like a pretty cool locals hang out it’s not like hello it’s not like super full but it’s actually pretty [ __ ] cool man you’ve got balloons which i’ve never seen in uh fuqua you got dj house deep house techno i don’t think there’s a dj here right now
You got a pretty nice place though man it’s a pretty good setup like you can see where the dj booth is down here like it’s pretty good you got like a full bar playing good music you know guy’s super nice that works here Yeah this place is legit you got the math this looks like a good little get [ __ ] up here’s your balloons here Yeah i think this would be a really good hangout you probably hear on the weekends cranking it’s called pineapple i don’t know if i’m going to attack this on the chick’s hot that works here It looks pretty good man everybody always asks me what a balloon is balloons nitrous oxide so it’s right here i don’t know how long this place has been here i didn’t really try to find any bars and [ __ ] when i was here last time because i was with my
Mum there’s another bar over here that seems to get cranking as the night goes on and then there’s a few more this way as well so we’re gonna kind of try to check them all out there’s no one at this one right now so it’s only like uh 7 30.
So i’m not gonna drink hard i’m gonna be out filming i’m gonna try to do like local nightlife spots like down here if you go down a bit there’s some clubs getting redone over here as well so people keep asking me if there’s like a singles nightlife here from what i can tell
There is a little bit pre-covered when i used to come here back in the day there definitely was it seems like it’s more kind of a range for like uh couples and [ __ ] but that’s not true so we’re gonna try to tuck in find like local spots that are uh good
For drinking and doing [ __ ] all night so this will be the first stop i might get some food here i don’t know definitely gonna get cocktail so we’ll put the camera back on when we do that see you guys in a minute okay so we’re still at pineapple bar
Look at the owner and she’s all getting there we got the girl from make on here that knows english so legit this is probably the best locals and like bar hangout if you’re an expat i’m still here pretty early it’s uh it’s 9 46 so she said it gets pretty cranking in like
Uh an hour or so so i’m going to stick around i’m going to eat a little bit more food this is her sad dj equipment she wants me to come dj here like when things open up so i’m going to have to bring my dj equipment on the plane which is no problem
I’ll bring my djj 1000. but this place is really nice like i met a really cool expat we’ve been chatting it up like she’s super great lady bar owner this is not a lady bar this is a regular like expat bar but it’s super good so the other really hot
Places are are luna bar which is like gets cranking at around like midnight 1am so if i’m still able to be like up and go do [ __ ] myself but yeah this place is really really good the bar owner is amazing she’s really nice really good service you’ve got this other place over here
Which i guess doesn’t really crank off too much but uh they’re telling me like luna bar down here does really well and then uh the expat buddy i met here from england said coco bar down here over here is good so we’ll check that out tomorrow for food
He said it’s mainly like uh french like viet fusion food so it was good to really bump into like a local like this guy has lived here this is him here he’s got like a scuba diving company he’s been here six years so like he really gave the deets like on what
What’s good what’s not like so very interesting to hear and as i showed earlier it’s techno deep house they’ve got a saigon dj coming in this weekend so probably next time i’m here i’ll bring my gear and i’ll do a proper set here and yeah we’ll get it kicking off
Looks like a marijuana leaf back here which is fine but she’s got a full bar like she gave us jager shots we did some like ginger shots the ginger and lemon shot was pretty [ __ ] good it was like a homemade vodka but this is by far
The absolute best bar that i’ve found in food block in years since i’ve been here so you know you never know until you explore like i was just driving around on the main stretch of central and going back and forth and i saw a large group of people here
So i was like let’s stop let’s check it out and see what it’s about and it turned out to be really good so i think we’re gonna go to luna after this i don’t know i’m a little bit drunk so if i can weather the storm and make it
Through the night we’ll go to the next place but staff here great this guy’s from russia he’s awesome he’s been here since covid he got stuck here and then now he’s working here she helped him out she yeah yeah she she helped him out got him
A job here so he can make a little extra benjamins all right guys so we’ll check out the next place next see you guys in a bit he’s in ciao we’re with rich watson and his wife mei mai so we’re at a cocoa bar some guy drunkenly recommended me this place last night
When i was at a pineapple bar best the best recommendations he was a nice guy man he’s got a scuba shop down here super cool dude the chick that owns pineapple bar is nice i kept asking for his card he’s like i don’t have one like how the [ __ ] can you
Have a he’ll probably be there when we go there if you follow me to where i am well he wasn’t too drunk he had like three or four beers so anyways we’re at a cocoa bar i got like a cheesy club sandwich and we ordered some rum so that stuff’s gonna come
There’s a crazy like beach pub crawl happening over here where people were like twerking and [ __ ] when i came in so maybe by the time we’re done drinking we’ll we’ll see that you guys took taxi here right are you gonna run a motorbike tomorrow yeah yeah i just don’t want to drive around
At night time when it’s raining don’t know the roads dude i drove home in torrential downpours drunk as [ __ ] yesterday it’s the only way to drive where there’s no police there i can’t say that no they only come the police only worry about drug smuggling here my taxi driver
So place looks pretty good uh we’ll get into the food i think i’m just going to include this in the nightlife video that i already shot yesterday so yeah i don’t know what this is gonna be but rich watson’s a very famous denang youtuber he has millions of subscribers so
I suggest you go over to his channel rich watson and give it a watch you’ll be blown away at the climbing wall video that he recently posted i’ll see you guys in a bit all right so the nightlife video continues on i’m with the most famous danang youtuber
Rich watson 1.4 million subscribers and his wife we’re a pineapple bar again Miss mekong pouring the shots wow Got no rain last night i was pumping on the rain pretty good enough to see i think we’re gonna go one more spot we’ll see okay so we’re not at another location for the nightlife but i can tell you the two places that i found to be the best
Was pineapple bar which i did like the best the lady there tina that owns it she’s married to a vet guy he’s the cook she’s super nice i promise you’ll have a good time there um i’d go there around eight and then luna bar is really good at
Around midnight around 11 30 and then to late so they’re also reopening a bunch of the clubs like the viet style vina house club so probably by the time you get here there’s plenty of nightlife to do now somebody asked me about come here as like single
I don’t know that you would have that much luck everybody’s coupled up as you can like see there’s very few you know random uh people that are here solo so if that gives you a little bit of insight but the nightlife is good here just between those two places you know i had
A fantastic time at pineapple bar again last night with rich and his wife so yeah there’s definitely nightlife and things to do here you don’t have to uh just stay you know at a restaurant and drink or at your resort it’s very expensive to do resort
Big holes and hotels coming out of this we’ve got a resort over here looks nice too any of these resorts around the beach like this are great so yeah that’s the nightlife video guys i hope you uh enjoyed the content we’re coming out to an end on the fuqua series i don’t know
