A scooter in danang and then we will head to a beautiful viewpoint where there is also the biggest lady buddha in vietnam it’s a spectacular place that i highly recommend you if you come to da nang and then we’ll flow into the evening in dalang because the night time
Is the best time in daran everybody comes out there’s like a big party a lot of lights a lot of fun going on and we are so lucky because this is the weekend and at 9 00 pm there is the dragon bridge that will spit fire so we will go
There and i will show you how unique this experience is we will also hang out at the market near the dragon bridge and you will see how many people is extremely busy and such a beautiful atmosphere so we will spend a full day together and i will try to give you a

It’s tricky because in vietnam the hotel always keeps your passport when you check in and then they give it back to you when you check out and also to run the scooter they want your passport but it’s one of the only shops in da nang that actually don’t ask for passport
Alex just gave them like an id just a regular id from europe and they accept it so that’s that’s pretty good and no deposit nothing yeah what is most of the customers what nationality korea china know now china i don’t know it’s interesting because my friend alex
He lived here in da nang during the pandemic in 2020 he lived here for like um almost six months so it’s fascinating to be here with him because he tells me like everything how it was before and how it is now so for example this rental
Shop was not here before it was a big massage shop and i went bankrupt and they opened this rental shop as well as like many restaurants many bars unfortunately they shut down after 2020. hello hello good how are you very good very good have a nice day and it’s
Interesting because he was here in the middle of the pandemic and also in the middle of the lockdown and he said that it was almost more lively than now so now he says like wow it’s shocking it’s like really really quiet many restaurants many shops many massage many many businesses unfortunately they shut
Down now so yeah definitely like got a big hit from this pandemic it has been hit pretty pretty hard all right now that we rented the scooter let’s go to the biggest lady buddha in vietnam it’s a spectacular road a beautiful view and a very unique place let’s go Look at this view from this cliff it’s so beautiful [Applause] Wow da nang it’s it’s really really nice and also the road this road it’s so much fun it’s beautiful right next to the coast all right guys we just made it to the lady buddha here in danang it’s on a beautiful hill and this place it’s truly magical it’s it’s really amazing
The only problem is that it’s extremely hot you cannot imagine how hot and humid it is the lady buddha’s height is 67 meters and the lotus diameter is 35 meters the eyes of the lady buddha they look down while facing the sea and she’s holding a bottle of holy water and it’s
Super fascinating because this is the tallest buddha statue in the entire country of vietnam All right guys let’s skip to the nightlife now because that’s the best part in da nang at 9 00 pm we have an appointment at the dragon bridge because that’s the time where the dragon is gonna speed the fire and right after that it’s gonna spit the water so let’s
Check it out together look at this swimming pool so long so the dragons beat the fire every saturday and sunday at 9 00 pm and for this event there is a big market a lot of people come near the bridge there is a great atmosphere many things going on
It gets extremely busy but during the summer time which is june july and august danang is having a summer festival it’s called danang summer festival 2022 and have a bunch of different events in different areas of the city and on saturday and sunday evening around 7 00 pm they have this
Carnival parade where basically the staff from the banner hills they come down to danang and they do this beautiful performance they dance it’s like a proper carnival show which was totally unexpected for us we didn’t know that that was coming so we just stumbled
Into it and it was a blast and it was beautiful man and so much energy Come put it down [Laughter] you need the knife Are you from italy wow guys this is amazing i didn’t expect this at all we were actually just driving around the night and then we saw this massive show we came here and we discovered that this is the promotion of the banyan hills which we will go there
Tomorrow and what is very interesting is that all of the dancers and all of the staff they’re all foreigners and different nationalities and they dance such a great show and great atmosphere Oh man what a show like so much energy and all the dancers they were like super excited and also all of them like very attractive amazing amazing show but we are running late because the dragon is gonna speed the fire very soon so let’s go Hey Also in this case i’m sorry guys i lost some videos because i also record the part where the dragon spit the water which is right after the fire but unfortunately i lost those videos but it’s extremely funny because the dragon basically spit water all over the crowd of people and everybody screaming
